[Nix-dev] System-Packages available for root but not for user?

Hi,

I have a strange problem: My system packages on my machine I installed
yesterday has the system packages available for root, but not for
user.

I installed the user through nix, but as it didn't really work, I
re-created the user by `useradd`.

May this be the problem?
