[Nix-dev] Understanding NIX_PATH

I think because you are using the nixpkgs-unstable instead of
nixos-unstable, hence the NIX_PATH is wrong. Does /nix/var/nix/
profiles/per-user/root/channels/nixos/nixpkgs/nixos exist? If not, your
NIX_PATH is wrong.
