[Nix-dev] release-15.06 branch happening in 2 weeks

Hi. <I'm not serious now.>

As it's usual before a release, everyone squeeze to push as many big
changes as possible, and the development gets much more chaotic. Being
at the peak now, this behavior of Nix and Hydra got noticed by some
scientists :-)

I just hope the unpredictability won't lead to some kind of crash and
we'll just calm down after the release.
