hi nathan,

nix (current master) is building again on cygwin since 2 weeks now.

i'm slowly going through packages and adding patches to make them compile on
cygwin as well. but i think some extra work would need to be put in nixops to
be able to provision nixos hosts.

windows support (via cygwin) is slowly coming back.
