[Nix-dev] Ghc-mod and the new cabal-1.22

Also, it seems that ghc-mod in emacs got distinctively slower (it uses
now seconds to update the buffer after saving). Could this be
connected to the change? (I'll ask later to the ghc-mod guys if they
know about this problem, I'd just like to know if this happened to
anyone before).
