[Nix-dev] vagrant-aws

Hi,

Im new to NIXOS and have 0 exp with ruby, it looks like that this 
vagrant plugin is a ruby gem.

Installing it with:
vagrant plugin install vagrant-aws
doesnt work, even if i add the dep rubyLibs.ffi

If someone could help me to create a nixpkg that would be awesome. I 
start to try it by myself, but when it comes to build/install im at a 
loss with ruby.
