[Nix-dev] Where would I put the bootstrapping guide?

Hi Jookia,
that's awesome. May I ask why can't you access wiki from Tor?
In worst case you can mail me the text and I'll put it under tutorials,
but I don't see a reason why Tor users wouldn't be able to access our Wiki.
