[Nix-dev] texinfo4 seems to have a /bin/sh dependency

I switch to the nixos-unstable channel as I noticed the nixpkgs-unstable last update was March 22nd.

http://nixos.org/channels/

Installed the nixpkgs.pkgs.nixUnstable (nix-1.9pre4088_1711679) from this and it seems to have resolved the issue.
