[Nix-dev] Zero Hydra Failures (ZHF) project for NixOS

Last two packages and a test:
- linuxPackages_latest.netatop http://hydra.nixos.org/build/15631911
(probably needs to be patched to work with kernel 3.17)
- linuxPackages_latest.batman_adv http://hydra.nixos.org/build/15631653
(errors because of -Wall)
- nixos.tests.installer.rebuildCD.i686-linux (no idea)

are transient)
