[Nix-dev] NixOS 14.11 branch-off delayed for a few days

I don't think the networkmanager PR should be blocked by those
documentation issues. Also renaming the systemd service from NetworkManager
to network-manager  is out of question for the release. The documentation
issues are not part of that PR and shouldn't be fixed by that PR. So if the
installer with NM works for you please merge.
