[Nix-dev] NixOS 14.11 feature freeze in 18 days

Hi all,

I'd like to encourage everyone to contribute new packages and features to
NixOS in next two weeks to catch the 20t November deadline of a
stabilization branch (remember, release is on 30th of November).

Let's try not to get everything in the last day :)
