[Nix-dev] nixops mediawiki example

Digging deeper into the mediawiki package showed that it already has a
db-setup script. The fix was to simply remove it from my config.
The configuration in [1] works now. Simply type `http://<vm-ip>/wiki` into
the browser and start editing.

To help future users it might be a good idea to update the mediawiki
example in [2]. What do you think?
