Why can't we introduce a config.args which gets merged into the attrs to
be passed?

This would not break pretty much everything still make it possible to
pass additional args in two ways, via {, ...} and config.args.

This would be kind of mixing "traditional approach" with "use config"
only - by allowing both ?
