[Nix-dev] Nix stand at FOSDEM15: ACCEPTED!

Congrats! I'll probably loiter for bits at a time (going to be floating mostly between the stands), lemme know if you need help with manning the swag register or other non-dev stuff (I'd be pretty surprised if we'd be overloaded wth doc chats ;-).
