[Nix-dev] Start testing 14.12 (pre-)release

This is a bug, interfaces must still be predictable. May it be a problem
introduced by
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/commit/cbd30b2bde17a87075138cf0443f110e5ac0e373
?
