[Nix-dev] Nix as a dotfiles manager

The main idea is to allow the Nix language to cleanly specify any 
configuration, rather than stitching up strings. And yes it's sad that 
everybody has different configuration languages. But a augeas might 
serve as a base for all the "Xtonix" things.
