[Nix-dev] GHC pointed at the wrong package

Even a simple

nix-shell -p pkgs.haskellPackages_ghc783.regexTdfa -p
pkgs.haskellPackages_ghc783.ghc --pure

Replicates the problem. Might want to add .parsec in there.
