[Nix-dev] nixops "No such file or directory" after creation

I uploaded the output of running strace <
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/58651521/nixops-strace.txt>.

It looks like there is a python library that isn't being found.  Not sure
why that would be though. Any ideas?
