[Nix-dev] Sound issues with PulseAudio (5.0) and Chromium HTML5 video lately

I use snd_usb_audio and PulseAudio 5 systemwide mode. I think I also
have problems with sound in Chromium, but it definitely works in vimb
(webkit-gtk), mplayer, mpd and mopidy. I'll check chromium again when I
get home.
