[Nix-dev] Reverting postgres superuser changes

Hi Peter,
I could locally fix the problem by temporarily commenting out the
"createuser --superuser postgres" line in the module, then grant
superuser&createrole rights to "root" and then put the line back in.
I agree that the module should be fixed instead, but I don't know how
to do that.
