[Nix-dev] Installing wireless drivers

I've found the cause of my wireless woes with the TPLink TL-WN821NV2.
Nixos is missing the firrmware

So can someone file a bug against the carl9170 driver? If I just
download this firmware, where does it go in Nixos?
