the path to those libraries should be hard-coded in the binary, i.e. it
should be possible to start ozemulator without any ld library search
path configured. This is a bug in the Nixpkgs expression that builds
this package.
I browsed through the Git history, and the only commit with respect to
mozart-os is this one:

Added mozart system (compiles, but untested).
It appears this package is broken and unmaintained, I'm afraid. Unless
someone volunteers to fix that build, we should probably remove it.
