[Nix-dev] Systemd: reloading configuration

Hi all,

I'm wondering how systemd should handle reloading of configuration instead
of restarting the whole process.

I have thought the following: If systemd service defines
serviceConfig.ExecReload, then that command should be used when
restartTriggers are triggered instread of a restart.

Maybe we should be explicit and set something like reloadIfChanged
(currently we only have restartIfChanged)

PS: currently about 6 services define ExecReload
