[Nix-dev] Outdated CPAN modules

Hello,

trying to build the system in mips64-linux, it couldn't download some packages.
There are only newer ones in the required URLs:

IO-Socket-SSL-1.77.tar.gz
Net-SSLeay-1.42.tar.gz

Is there any CPAN way to solve that? And how is it that the mips64-linux nix
hasn't found them in the hydra 'hashed mirror'?
Is the mirror still working, or with the binary channel the hashed mirror isn't
up anymore?
