Ah, thanks. So it's the postPatch phase, but I don't see what's the 
problem, nor why it should be different than on Linux platforms.

I worked around it by disabling tests on Darwin 2c217cc0
(and the postPatch phase that was just disabling individual tests;
without changing hash elsewhere).
