[Nix-dev] CTest post-test command fails in liblapack build

Here is the new pull request (it took a long time to build dependencies of stdenv-updates on my configuration): https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/848
The liblapack package build is fixed with the second commit.
Sorry for having been late, lapack and atlas packages are very long to build on my machine ;-)
