[Nix-dev] PHP configuration options

It turns out that the patch is used for apc only - because I was too
lazy to test the newer version. Maybe there is an even newer version
now?

Anyway: pull here are the php-fpm related pull requests:

Now setting up apache & php-fpm should be almost fool-proof and easy.
I haven't tested nginx/lighthttpd myself.
