[Nix-dev] added ldap extension to php

I don't know how to do a pull request for a single commit on github, or I'd
just do it there. It's trying to pull in all the changes on my development
branch.

This commit only has one thing not related to adding ldap. (I also can't
commit a subset of the changes to a file.) Delete the composition for
"rxdrupal" in all-packages.nix.
