Hi Mathijs,

the Haskell package expressions are generated (and re-generated)
automatically using the cabal2nix utility:

  https://github.com/NixOS/cabal2nix

The list of flags passed at configure time is hard-coded in this file:

  https://github.com/NixOS/cabal2nix/blob/master/src/Cabal2Nix/Flags.hs

When you'd like to have special flags enabled for certain packages,
could you please modify that list in cabal2nix and submit a pull
request, please?
