Hi,

I have attached some patches that I think should be uncontroversial. I'd  
be happy if someone could commit them.

0002 - Option for specifying a pre-generated private SSH host key. This  
option also allows for placing the (NixOS-generated or not) key in a  
non-standard place. A similar option already exists for lshd.

0003 - Support for adding system-wide known SSH hosts  
(/etc/ssh/ssh_known_hosts), so individual users don't have to answer "Yes"  
on the key-warning when connecting to good hosts.

0006 - Moved the idmapd configuration file from /etc to the Nix store.
