[Nix-dev] ehci_hcd should always be loaded before uhci_hcd

Hi,

my kernel says:

  Warning! ehci_hcd should always be loaded before uhci_hcd and ohci_hcd, not after

In fact, /etc/nixos/hardware-configuration.nix specifies those modules
ohci_hcd first. Changing the order in that file gets rid of the warning.
Could someone who knows how to do that please update nixos-hardware-scan
accordingly?
