[Nix-dev] ~/bin in PATH if exists

You can also write Nix expressions for these scripts and install them into your personal Nix profile? I have to admit that this is a little bit of extra work, but it is also not that difficult either.

I have there scripts based on #!/bin/sh. And also some binaries, whose
dependencies may be garbage collected :)
