[Nix-dev] build failure for mongodb on darwin

Hi all,

Hydra informed me of a build error for mongodb, of which I'm the maintainer.
I don't have access to mac hardware, and the problem seems related to
apple's own compiler.
Can someone with a mac and some knowledge about their toolchain please
have a look?

If nobody cares, I can just leave it like this or remove darwin from
supported platforms.
