[Nix-dev] grub2, and booting from lvm/raid

Hi all,

In the example configs, there's a config for root-on-lvm.
It states that for lvm to work, you need a separate /boot partition.
For grub2, this is no longer true. Grub2 has support for lvm and raid
(at least raid1, not sure about other levels).

Can anyone confirm nixos runs fine from lvm without a separate /boot partition?
If not, I can investigate some more, as it might need "insmod lvm" in
grub.cfg or to build core.img with that module included.
