[Nix-dev] channel not updating

Hi all,

Apart from failing tests/builds, are there any other reasons for the
channel to stay at an old version?
I checked http://hydra.nixos.org/view/nixos/tested and it has had quite a
few successful builds since nov 29 (where the channel stopped)
