[Nix-dev] Migrating Existing Systems to the NixOS Channel

Hi Eelco,

Is the NixOS channel stuff done? If so, how should I update my systems 
to be using it properly? In particular, should I still be using 
nixos-checkout or just nix-channel --pull as root?
