[Nix-dev] patch: add haskell package for darcs version of cabal-install

There's a 1.14 release branch that works with Cabal-1.14, but ...

... I agree. It's not worth the effort. cabal-install-1.14 is going to
be released really soon now. We've been able to live with this
situation for months, so we'll manage for a week or two more.

Leave it as is until the new cabal-install is released.
