[Nix-dev] SDL_image and libpng15

Hi!

The latest released SDL_image does not compile against libpng-1.5.x (look at 
branches/libpng15) while the latest hg compiles. I see three solutions:

1) pass libpng-1.2.x to SDL_image.
2) 'backport' a few changesets from hg.
3) Use fetchhg.

I'm for the third solution: upstream did not released any tarball for a 
couple of years, and they have quite a few fixes in mercurial repository 
(more precisely, quite a few commits marked as bugfixes in commit messages).
