which made me realize that this particular part of the code is really
ugly. The PostProcess.hs module provides a mechanism to set flags
required for compilation, so that functionality shouldn't be duplicated
in Flags.hs, which is intended to do a different thing. I've cleaned
that up in the Git version, and hopefully the new structure is clearer
and less error prone.
