[Nix-dev] python-x.y.z-wrapper vs python-x.y.z-full

Hi,

the attribute name for pythonXYFull is python-X.Y.Z-wrapper.  I'd
consider python-X.Y.Z-full to be more intuitive. Anything against
renaming?
