[Nix-dev] pidgin-sipe

The current version of pidgin in SVN appears to be 2.9.0.  The pidgin-sipe  
package in the tree (1.10.0) will not build against that version.   
Updating the pidgin-sipe version to 1.12.0 with the corresponding hash and  
removing the patch allows pidgin-sipe to build successfully.

For usage I would suggest the derivation notify the user that they will  
need to link ~/.nix-profile/share/pidgin-sipe/libsipe.so to  
~/.purple/plugins/libsipe.so (or something along those lines).
