[Nix-dev] Is there a way to force small derivations being build locally only?

building `/nix/store/4my4jvqd5cyqxns3x7fcrxaczximjjvj-system-path.drv' on `root at 192.168.2.232' 

This doesn't really make sense. It would be faster to build it locally
only.

Is there a way to flag a derivation so that remote builds are rejected?

Would such a feature make sense - or would it add more complexity than
value?
