[Nix-dev] Hashes for acl and attr are wrong

They appear to be correct.  I did notice that we have
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/ as an expansion for mirror://savannah/, which
should probably be http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases (for "acl" and
"attr" at least).
