[Nix-dev] cryptsetup update breaks nixos-rebuild (was: nixos-rebuild switch fails)

cryptsetup-1.4.1 and popt-0.16 are not in nixos and I'm successfully
using aes-xts-plain64. However, I did not manage to create an installer
containing the new cryptsetup, yet.
