You are very optimistic :)
The Fuloong does not have a CD drive (or any easy means to get its bootloader
boot from a USB cd drive, I think).
Maybe it can boot a bootable usb.

For cross-building... you are very optimistic! :)
Cross build an ISO means something very close to cross-build a NixOS. And that
is not completely ready.

Whenever I have a channel, I can tell someone at TU Delft to mirror that. But I
think I better serve that from my server (given the amount of fuloong users!)
