[Nix-dev] NixOS license

Hi all,

It has been pointed out that NixOS currently lacks a proper license.  I would
like to propose to use the same X11 license as used by Nixpkgs, i.e.:

Comments?

It would be good to get the explicit agreement of the main contributors on
whatever license we choose.
