[Nix-dev] nix-env doesn't realize there is a Wine update

Hi,

Wine was recently updated from version 1.2-rc1 to 1.2-rc7. On
32-bit Linux, running

  nix-env -u \*

notices that and performs the update. On 64-bit Linux, however,
it doesn't. No update is performed.

Is that behavior intentional?
