Hello,

For the record, I also maintain Nixpkgs-libre in a Git repo, currently
at <http://repo.or.cz/w/nixpkgs-libre.git>.

It will remain quite inconvenient as long as upstream uses SVN though,
because it prevents use of first-class Git branches.
