[Nix-dev] Cross builds done by hydra

Hello,

I added some lines to nixpkgs-stdenv-updates release.nix in order to
get some cross builds tested. I know that I can Improve what I have
there, but what I wrote by now is enough for me. And I'm also open to
suggestions, of course.

What I don't understand is that my jobs got priority 100, while I'm
there using the normal "toJob" (used for all other non-cross jobs)
that should set the priority to 5.

Can anyone take a look at that, and tell me why it got priority 100,
or directly setting it to 5 with a commit?
