Well, there are three usual cases:
1) Why didn't we have it in config? And now something else depends on it.
-> add it and maybe check older versions using the some of the testing
frameworks that keep appearing.
2) Sometimes we need this option.
-> add a separate group; maybe rename something and update other kernel
expressions.
3) There is a new option
-> add it and no problems arises
